TAPFIN, the managed services provider business within Talent Solutions, has launched PartnerPX, a supplier intelligence platform that gives suppliers, clients and TAPFIN a single shared view of performance across global workforce programs, the company said. The platform is available now by subscription. TAPFIN is part of the ManpowerGroup family of brands.
The company said PartnerPX replaces periodic, account-by-account scorecards with ongoing, program-wide insight. Dashboards cover demand, cycle time, hiring, quality, workforce stability, spend and retention risk, which the company said helps partners identify trends, risks and opportunities earlier and act before they affect delivery.
Because suppliers, clients and TAPFIN work from the same standardized benchmarks and shared performance measures, the platform is intended to establish a common language for performance. The company said the shared view supports more transparent, forward-looking conversations and continuous improvement across the supplier ecosystem.
Jessica Malachowski, Head of Global Partnerships at TAPFIN, said the platform brings a new level of analytics, insight and transparency to collaboration with supplier partners, and that a broader standardized data set with regularly refreshed benchmarks gives participating suppliers a clearer view of performance, opportunities and progress over time.
PartnerPX is already being adopted across TAPFIN's partner network. Lancesoft, Rose International and HireTalent are among early subscribers. Lancesoft CEO Anju Abel said the platform gives suppliers a consistent read on performance across a global program rather than only the account in question. Suppliers and workforce partners can request a live demo, and TAPFIN leaders will be at CWS in Dallas from September 28.
