One architecture, six product lines
Pudu Robotics used its first European Partner Summit in Amsterdam to set out a strategy it calls "One Brain, Multiple Embodiments", in which different robot forms share a common technology base. The company said in its announcement that the approach rests on two in-house systems: PuduFM, an embodied foundation model, and PuduAgent OS, an embodied AI agent platform. AI capabilities, software modules and skills are reused across platforms while hardware and motion control stay optimised for particular tasks. Pudu said the aim is to shorten development and deployment cycles and reduce their cost.

The summit was the first occasion on which the company exhibited its entire product ecosystem at once, across six lines: service delivery, commercial cleaning, industrial delivery, general embodied AI, commercial lawn mowing and home lawn care. Machines on show included the BellaBot Pro delivery and service robot; the CC1 Pro, a cleaning robot combining sweeping, scrubbing, vacuuming and dust mopping; the MP2000 pallet handler, rated at 2,000 kg with 20-second fork insertion; the D5, D7 and D9 embodied AI robots, spanning quadruped, semi-humanoid and humanoid forms; the GT3, GT5 and GT7 commercial mowers; and the TOMO S consumer lawn-care series, announced on November 3.
Europe: 60% growth and a German hub
Pudu said its European revenue has grown by an average of more than 60% annually over the past two years. It operates in more than 20 European countries, including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, the Netherlands, Norway, the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, the Czech Republic and Poland, and serves retail, food and beverage, hospitality, healthcare and transportation customers there. Among the customers it listed are EDEKA, Albert Heijn, Carrefour, Denner, Marriott, Van der Valk, Pizza Hut, Intermarché and Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. The company announced on October 30 that its European headquarters would be in Germany, bringing together offices, a showroom, warehousing, training, sales, after-sales support and repair services.
Europe as an early market
Bella Sun, Pudu's vice president and general manager for Europe, said the company wants Europe to be among the first markets where the strategy is put into practice, and that this means working more closely with customers, distributors and other partners in the region as well as bringing technology and staff there. The company says it has shipped more than 130,000 robots and operates in more than 85 countries and regions.
