NFT Limited Releases RWAIX Protocol, Targets 90-Day Pilot

The company said the protocol is meant to let buyers, sellers, AI agents and robots verify identity, terms and delivery, with a limited live pilot targeted for early 2027.

NFT Limited, listed on the NYSE American under the ticker MI, released a proposed technical protocol called RWAIX, which is intended to let buyers, sellers, artificial-intelligence agents and robots verify who they are, what they agreed to and whether delivery took place, the company said.

The company said an internal, company-administered test record shows 50 tests passed with no failures. The reference implementation was open-sourced on GitHub under the MIT License, which the company said allows any developer to clone the repository and run the full 50-test suite locally.

The first intended use is the company's existing digital art platform, run by its wholly owned Hong Kong subsidiary Metaverse Digital Payment Co., Limited, which operates an online venue for offering and trading digital artwork at nftoeo.com. One existing NFT order would be upgraded end to end, from a buyer agreeing to purchase through delivery, independent verification, payment and dispute handling. RWAIX has not yet been integrated with the platform in production, the company said, and the pilot is intended to use existing bank rails, with no new cryptocurrency required.

Under the 90-day plan, the company said it would spend the first 30 days locking down the platform, software and artwork rights for one controlled order; the next 30 days testing the full flow in a sandbox with simulated orders, simulated payments and simulated disputes; and the final 30 days, subject to an independent security review, launching a small real order with real money. The limited live pilot is targeted for the first quarter of 2027, and the company said it will announce separately when it goes live.

The company said it has not signed any AI compute customer, has not started any robot project and has not issued any cryptocurrency. It described two token concepts set out in its whitepaper as future design ideas only, saying neither has been issued, approved or offered for sale.
