Datasea Intelligent Technology Ltd. said the aggregate value of services provided under its AI agent service cooperation agreements and related pre-order arrangements with five customers had increased to approximately US$4.0 million as of October 8, 2026, from approximately US$1.10 million as disclosed on September 17, 2026. That is a rise of about US$2.9 million, or approximately 264%, the company said.
All five customers continue to receive AI agent and related digital execution services under the arrangements, the company said. It said the continued increase in service activity over a relatively short period further indicates that the arrangements are progressing from initial service execution toward more sustained commercial usage and business execution.
The company said the aggregate service value reflects services provided or performed and does not represent recognized revenue, cash received or backlog, and that final revenue recognition remains subject to customers' actual usage, service confirmation, platform billing, settlement and payment, as well as its applicable accounting policies. It said the announcement did not provide a new forecast for the potential annualized service volume of up to approximately US$89.4 million set out under assumptions disclosed on September 17, 2026.
Datasea said the services operate mainly through a usage-based model in which customers recharge and consume, rather than a one-time software development or project-delivery model, and are billed and settled according to actual platform usage, service consumption and services provided. It said customers are using capabilities including content generation, creative-material production, intelligent ad placement, data analytics, marketing optimization and SaaS applications. Chief Executive Zhixin Liu said what matters to the company is whether customers actually use and continue to call on its AI execution-agent capabilities and whether those capabilities become embedded in their operating workflows, and the company said it intends to explore applications across additional industries and international markets.
