accesso Intelligence adds agentic automation for attractions

accesso Technology Group has introduced new capabilities that allow attraction operators to turn conversations with accesso Intelligence into recurring automated workflows, the company said. Operators can ask the platform to monitor performance, carry out research, detect and investigate changes, develop forecasts, produce reports and share findings with nominated stakeholders.

The company said visitor attractions operate several businesses under one roof, with data spread across ticketing, memberships, food and beverage, retail, parking, operations and other systems. accesso Intelligence is a decision intelligence platform built for those venues that brings that information together with operational and external context, which the company said gives teams a more complete view without requiring several separate data and AI tools.

The expansion adds three connected capabilities. Agentic skills allow the platform to select and use specialised capabilities for multi-step analytical work, such as monitoring performance, detecting and evaluating changes and communicating issues that need attention. Agentic automations allow work created and refined through conversation to be scheduled or triggered repeatedly and conditionally, covering analyses, information updates and the distribution of results. Agentic reporting and forecasting allow teams to build and run custom reports, with the platform choosing the predictive approach for each task and combining operational context with external signals so that reports adapt to what the data shows.

The company said traditional automation follows predefined steps, while agentic automation starts from an objective and then determines the work required, selects the tools and connected data, interprets the results and delivers the outcome. As an example, it said an operator could ask the platform to compare weekly visitation and revenue against plan, investigate any meaningful variance and weigh relevant operational and external factors, after which the platform could assess whether reforecasting is needed; that conversation can become a repeatable workflow that monitors results and delivers recommendations and reasoning to the people who need them. Angie Judge, the company's Chief Data and Intelligence Officer, said teams can now delegate ongoing analytical work to the platform so that people can focus on the decisions, creativity and accountability that require human judgement. She said the next stage of AI in attractions is about more than answering questions: it is about helping teams keep watch on their business, recognise when conditions change and bring the right recommendation to the right person at the right time.

The capabilities are available now within accesso Intelligence, the company said. It said attendees at IAAPA Expo Europe can learn more about accesso Intelligence and the wider accesso ecosystem at Booth S2123 at ExCeL London from 22 to 24 September, where booth visitors can also request a complimentary personalised visitor-experience report identifying where decision intelligence could reveal opportunities in their venue.
