Li Li, chief executive of international business at CassTime, introduced an AI-driven "T+D Solution" at the company's 2026 partner conference, CassTime said. T stands for digital trade, which links supply to overseas procurement demand through the CassChoice platform. D is a localised service platform built on PartGrid, which brings parts matching, repair support and insurance claims assessment to individual markets. The solution is already in practical operation in markets including Saudi Arabia, according to the company.
More than 5 million SKUs
CassTime said its overseas platform holds more than 5 million SKUs, and that its parts data for Chinese-brand vehicles is the most complete it holds. The platform can generate quotes in seconds for more than 10,000 SKUs, it said. CassChoice connects factories, brands and distributors, and breaks down demand automatically, produces batch quotations, tracks order status and outputs reports.
Three AI agents on PartGrid
PartGrid links to CassTime's VIN decoding system to match parts, and uses AI for multilingual communication, including through WhatsApp chatbot formats, the company said. It carries three AI agent services: an AI Repair Master that shares repair data and cases with local markets, an insurance claims assessment agent that combines fault analysis, parts matching information and labour-hour estimation, and an AI Seller that issues quotations around the clock.
Saudi claims case and expansion
CassTime's partner in Saudi Arabia is a Middle East technology company that manages insurance business, and its Tamam platform handles related business for nearly half of Saudi Arabia's insurance companies. The two began with online access in claims scenarios, connecting car owners, workshops and the supply chain through PartGrid and linking supply through CassChoice. CassTime said the cooperation has three expansion directions: extending from claims to more end-user demand, adding local suppliers as workshop adoption grows, and connecting upstream factories, brands and distributors. The company said it is extending the model to Central Asia, South America and other regions.
