USD.AI announces $128.9m GPU financing facility, its largest to date

The asset-backed facility funds a 32-system NVIDIA GB200 NVL72 deployment in British Columbia for an undisclosed operator.

USD.AI has announced a $128.9 million asset-backed GPU financing facility for a borrower it did not name. It is the largest loan the platform has originated so far, the company said.

The facility supports the deployment of 32 NVIDIA GB200 NVL72 systems in British Columbia, Canada. The operator is a publicly listed GPU cloud provider that runs large-scale NVIDIA clusters as a managed service for enterprise customers and has deployments in North America, South America and Europe. The systems are contracted under a multi-year agreement with a blue-chip investment-grade counterparty.

USD.AI said the transaction supports its view that the fastest growing demand for credit is currently in the Compute Middle Market, a segment where substantial AI infrastructure financing demand is met by a comparatively limited pool of dedicated capital providers.

The transaction is larger than the company's previous biggest facility, a $98.1 million GPU financing facility announced in June 2026. USD.AI describes its lending as non-recourse and secured only by the underlying GPU infrastructure, which it says keeps the risk off the corporate balance sheet.
