Tech Mahindra has announced an expansion of its agentic AI readiness through a partnership with Google Cloud, intended to scale hands-on capability in Google Cloud Gemini Enterprise across its global workforce, the company said. The stated aim is to support growing enterprise demand for AI that is ready for production.
A central element is 'Build with Gemini', a Google Cloud hands-on workshop that Tech Mahindra is rolling out to more than 12,500 associates worldwide. The company said participants learn to create, secure and govern AI agents using Gemini Enterprise tools including Agent Runtime, Agent Gateway and Model Armor, and that attendees develop practical skills they can apply directly in client engagements. Associates who complete the workshop earn a Google Cloud Skill Badge.
Tech Mahindra said its scaled readiness combines trained and certified staff with reusable industry solutions, production deployment experience and a portfolio of agentic AI solutions and agents. Some of those industry-specific solutions are available through Google Cloud Marketplace, it said, and the combination is meant to help customers move from AI experimentation to implementation and adoption. The company said the work builds on its experience deploying Gemini Enterprise in complex enterprise environments and developing industry-specific agentic AI solutions across telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing, retail and other sectors.
Pramod Panda, chief learning officer at Tech Mahindra, said enterprise AI will scale only when organisations can pair technology innovation with the talent and delivery capability needed to put it into production, and that the effort sits within the company's AI Delivered Right approach. Kelly Rogan, vice president of global system integrators partnerships at Google Cloud, said enterprises are shifting quickly from AI experimentation to deployment, where domain expertise and engineering matter most, and that scaling Gemini Enterprise equips Tech Mahindra's teams to build, deploy and govern agentic AI solutions.
