SWI Capital Holding Ltd. has published its interim financial report for the six months ended June 30, 2026, reviewed by Deloitte. Total assets were €4.4 billion and adjusted net asset value was €2.3 billion, an increase of 53% since December 31, 2025, the company said. Profit for the period was €631.6 million, which the company said mainly reflected the value recognised on its investment in Genesis Digital Assets, subsequently renamed SWI Digital.
The group said it is building an integrated digital infrastructure platform spanning approximately 4 GW of power capacity across Europe and the United States, combining powered land, data centres and AI compute infrastructure. Its European platform, AiOnX, has approximately 2.3 GW of planned capacity, including one campus leased to a hyperscale tenant. SWI Digital provides approximately 1.2 GW of secured grid connections, predominantly in the United States. In June 2026 the group acquired an initial interest in Genesis Digital Assets, and after the period end it increased its holding to approximately 70% of voting rights and obtained control.
In August 2026 the group became a Preferred Partner for Compute, Networking and Enterprise Software in the NVIDIA Partner Network. SWI said it is assembling a technology team with experience across NVIDIA, Amazon, Intel and hyperscale operators to develop and operate an in-house AI cloud platform for enterprises, research institutions and AI developers.
The group intends digital infrastructure to represent more than 90% of total assets by 2027, and said selected non-core assets, primarily mixed-use development land and hospitality projects, have been classified as held for sale. It said it is in advanced discussions with hyperscalers and AI developers on long-term offtake agreements across multiple sites, with a potential aggregate contractual value in the tens of billions of US dollars over the respective terms. Near-term priorities are converting those discussions into contracted capacity, securing the associated financing and accelerating deployment across its European and US platforms. The group is also evaluating a US equity capital markets transaction, subject to market conditions and the necessary approvals.
