SKYWORTH Solar launches Solavita microgrid brand

The launch

SKYWORTH Solar has launched Solavita as a global brand for smart microgrid solutions, the company said, gathering its existing product range and service operations under a single identity. Fan Ruiwu, the company's chairman, said the long-term performance of the whole system becomes more important as renewable generation is distributed more widely, and that Solavita would bring its capabilities together around a common approach to developing and servicing systems while working with local partners to adapt delivery in each market.

Four product lines

Solavita covers four ranges. SolaHome uses a home energy management system to coordinate rooftop solar, battery storage and domestic loads such as heat pumps and electric vehicle chargers. SolaBiz combines distributed solar, commercial storage and dispatch for factories and retail spaces. SolaMatrix provides containerized storage and microgrid management for utility and off-grid demands. SolaGo offers balcony solar and portable power systems for outdoor use and emergency backup.

The first-month figure

The company reported a residential installation in Jesteburg, Germany, combining 18.9 kW of rooftop solar with 20.48 kWh of battery storage, and said it produced close to €50 in electricity-price arbitrage benefits during the first month of dynamic-tariff operation.

Engineering and delivery

Solavita sits on a Smart Microgrid Technology Centre, research collaborations with Tianjin University and Hainan University, and a test platform in Haikou scheduled to be commissioned by the end of 2026, the company said. An InfraCosmos digital platform is used for lifecycle data management, operational monitoring and fault identification. Large projects use a financing, development, engineering, procurement, construction and operations framework, alongside a PD2C cooperation model that the company said is deployed in Germany and Italy.
