MiniOrange's Anirban Mukherji to make the identity-security case at ASPIRE 2026

The MiniOrange chief executive takes a session at eMazzanti Technologies' one-day New York conference on the controls the hosts say businesses need as attackers go after logins rather than networks.

MiniOrange's Anirban Mukherji to make the identity-security case at ASPIRE 2026

Anirban Mukherji, chief executive of MiniOrange, will present a session on identity-first security at ASPIRE 2026, the annual conference held by eMazzanti Technologies. The event is scheduled for Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at the Microsoft Conference Center in Times Square, New York City. Mukherji takes the stage alongside other cybersecurity, AI, business and technology speakers, eMazzanti said.

What the session covers

The talk will address password fatigue, application sprawl, security for remote workers, regulatory compliance, cyber insurance requirements and third-party access management, according to the announcement. Mukherji will set out how multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, adaptive authentication, identity governance and privileged access management can cut risk while keeping access to critical business applications straightforward.

The case for identity-first defence

Carl Mazzanti, eMazzanti's chief executive, said companies have spent years hardening networks, endpoints and infrastructure while attackers found people the easier target. Mukherji said identity sits at the front line of cybersecurity, with attackers using stolen credentials, compromised accounts and social engineering to get past conventional defences. A single compromised account can open the way to sensitive data, financial systems, intellectual property and customer information, and the release states that in many recent breaches the entry point was a compromised credential or a successful phishing attempt rather than a sophisticated technical exploit.

Registration

The conference is free and held in person for executives, technology leaders and decisionmakers at small and midsize businesses, with sessions on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, operational efficiency and digital transformation. Registration is required and seating is limited.
