The Bali opening
Infinix unveiled its first global Flagship Concept Store in Bali, Indonesia, on October 31, the company said. It is the first outlet of the new format within parent company Transsion Holdings' brand portfolio.
The store carries Infinix's smartphone lineup, including the NOTE 60 and HOT 70 series and the GT 50 Pro, alongside connected products such as the ZCLIP 2 Pro clip-on earbuds, SPACE Max wireless headphones and XEnergy portable power stations. Two lifestyle elements sit alongside the devices: n_x, a coffee brand Infinix developed locally, and a robotic-arm installation. Infinix described the arrangement as a "1+2+X" retail concept — one technology experience, two signature experience elements, and a changing programme of creative activities and collaborations.
Five more stores this year
Infinix plans to open five additional flagship stores across Indonesia this year and is exploring similar concept-led retail experiences in other markets, the company said. Future locations will be adapted to local cultures, consumer preferences and lifestyles rather than copying the Bali format.
What the company says it is for
Infinix said the store is meant to carry its "Joy Tech" philosophy beyond product specifications into design and everyday lifestyle experiences. It also said it hopes to work with artists, musicians and other creative talents on original content and events, and to let visitors take part through content creation and feedback as the space introduces new collaborations over time.
