Dubai-founded Huspy says its purchase of Italian credit company Integra Finance begins an Italian strategy backed by a planned USD 86 million investment.

Huspy acquires Integra Finance, plans USD 86m Italy investment

Huspy, the real estate technology company founded in Dubai, has acquired Integra Finance, an Italian credit company serving individuals and businesses, the company said. The deal is Huspy's entry into Italy, its fourth market after the United Arab Emirates, Spain and Saudi Arabia. Huspy plans to invest USD 86 million, or AED 315 million, in the country, with the aim of building one of Italy's leading mortgage finance and real estate operators.

Integra Finance was founded in 2020 and works in credit intermediation, covering mortgages, loans, financing and credit services for individuals, professionals and businesses. It has more than 160 advisors and a network of more than 50 banking, financial and insurance partners, and operates in both the B2C and B2B segments. Its subsidiary Bicher provides insurance services.

Jad Antoun, co-founder and chief executive of Huspy, said the company is doubling down on Europe and that Italy is central to its next phase of growth. He said Integra Finance has built a fast-growing business with an established network of advisors and partners, and that Huspy intends to combine that with its own AI-native technology and systems to accelerate Integra's growth and change the way real estate agents, credit advisors and clients experience buying, selling and financing a home.

Ziad Nassar, co-founder and deputy chief executive, said entering Italy is an important strategic step for a company founded in the UAE and that Integra Finance is the platform from which to begin. He said the investment builds on the economic partnership between the two countries, reflected in a USD 40 billion UAE investment commitment announced in February 2025 during HH Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed's visit to Italy. He said the transaction is Huspy's fifth acquisition in credit intermediation.

Huspy previously acquired Home Matters in the United Arab Emirates in 2021 and Mortgage Direct in Spain in 2023. The company said it plans in 2026 and 2027 to focus on developing the Italian market, expand into additional markets in Europe and the MENA region, and strengthen its presence in Spain, the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
