Autograff launches ShopOS for auto repair shops, priced per shop

Autograff has launched ShopOS, an auto repair shop management system that connects scheduling, online booking, repair orders, digital inspections, estimates, parts, invoicing and payments on a single connected record, with AI built into the core, the company said.

The system includes an AI Receptionist that answers incoming calls on a shop's existing number, books appointment slots directly into the schedule, handles routine questions about whether a vehicle is ready and logs each conversation against the customer record, handing off to a person when needed. Autograff said the receptionist answers every call, including in the evenings and at weekends. AI Insights reviews the shop's numbers and raises jobs at risk, parts bottlenecks and estimates that are not converting, while AI Copilot answers questions such as what the next appointment is or which parts are running low, in plain language, from live data.

Pricing is per shop rather than per user, with every user included and no setup fee, whether a shop runs two bays or twenty. Autograff said it migrates a shop's existing customer, vehicle and repair history at no cost and helps configure hours, bays, team and pricing during onboarding. Jonathan Moore, the company's chief executive and co-founder, said the AI is how the system runs rather than a feature alongside it, and David Paquette, its chief operating officer, said shops can onboard the crew they need without paying more for the software.

ShopOS is available to auto repair shops across the United States. Autograff said shops can see it in a live walkthrough.
