A second model in the C960 series
EMEET has introduced the C960 UltraX, an addition to its C960 webcam line that pairs a 1/1.3-inch sensor with single-frame HDR and 3D noise reduction, the company said. It is built on the 4K imaging of the earlier C960 Ultra and is aimed at professionals, streamers and creators working in difficult lighting.
Two sensor options, one resolution set
The C960 Ultra carries a 48-megapixel Sony 1/1.5-inch sensor with DRC dynamic range optimisation, which the company presents as suited to everyday lighting. The C960 UltraX moves to a 50-megapixel 1/1.3-inch sensor with single-frame HDR, which EMEET says is intended for backlit and low-light scenes. Both record 4K at 30fps and 1080p at 60fps for video meetings, live streaming and content recording.
Autofocus and mounting details
BlinkFocus autofocus is rated at 0.15 seconds, a figure the company ties to keeping focus during presentations and product demonstrations. The camera offers a 76.6° diagonal field of view, dual microphones with directional pickup, and a standard 1/4-inch mounting thread for desktop setups.
