The company said nurses often spend hours documenting care, extending charting beyond scheduled shifts and losing time for direct patient care. As organizations look for ways to support and retain clinical staff, ambient documentation is emerging as a technology intended to reduce administrative burden and improve that experience, it said.
ThinkAndor uses ambient AI and voice recognition to capture clinical conversations and convert them into structured nursing documentation inside Epic Rover, according to the company. Documentation is handled in the background within workflows nurses already use, which the company said supports quicker charting and gives nurses more time with patients.
