SprintRay adds intraoral scanner and compact chairside line at 3DNext

SprintRay introduced a wireless intraoral scanner, a compact chairside production line and an expanded materials partnership at 3DNext 2026 in Miami Beach, the company said. The products are Foundation, a scanner built for the company's ScanOS software, the Nano Series, which covers printing, washing and curing, and GC GRADIA PREMi, a hybrid ceramic restorative resin developed with GC Corporation for the SprintRay Midas Digital Press workflow.

Foundation is described as a wireless, full-color intraoral scanner built for ScanOS, the company's scanning software layer that is integrated with its cloud dashboard. SprintRay said scanning takes place in the same account and interface used for design and production, so a practice does not need a separate file export or upload step after scanning. A Scan tab sits alongside the dashboard's design and production tools, and completed scans are available in the cloud for the next step in the workflow. Foundation will launch first in the United States, with shipments expected to begin in November 2026.

The Nano Series covers printing, washing and curing in less than 30 inches of counter space, the company said. NanoPrint uses a 385 nm light engine, NanoWash automates washing and drying and NanoCure completes post-processing, while AutoPrint and Job Handoff carry case information through the production steps. SprintRay said its analysis of the more than 20 million dental parts produced across its ecosystem indicates that more than 80 percent of chairside print jobs involve a single patient and a single case. Shipments are expected to begin in November 2026 in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the European Union, subject to regional regulatory requirements and product availability, and NanoWash is not part of the Canadian launch offering.

The GC GRADIA PREMi resin is intended to expand material options for definitive chairside restorations, with clinical indications, performance claims and regional availability subject to GC's final approved product labeling and regulatory review. Amir Mansouri, co-founder and chief executive, said the company works with established dental materials companies to widen what clinicians can do while holding to its workflow standards.
