OSL Group to Tokenize 2WA's USDGO Plus SP Fund

OSL Group has been engaged to handle on-chain tokenization and provide custody and distribution for a 2WA digital asset fund built on the USDGO stablecoin.

OSL Group to Tokenize 2WA's USDGO Plus SP Fund

OSL Group (HKEX: 863) has been engaged to power the on-chain tokenization of PrimePlus SPC - USDGO Plus SP, a digital asset fund launched by 2WA, the company said. The fund is the first market-neutral fund built on USDGO, a U.S. federally regulated and U.S. dollar-backed enterprise stablecoin, and is offered only to eligible professional investors in Hong Kong.

PrimePlus SPC is a Cayman Islands segregated portfolio company, and USDGO Plus SP is a segregated portfolio and a digital asset investment product launched on the 2WA ecosystem in August 2026. OSL will tokenize the fund on-chain and serve as the licensed platform for custody and distribution of the fund's tokenized units. USDGO, the fund's underlying asset, is also held in custody with OSL. Eligible professional investors may subscribe to and redeem from the fund through the app of OSL HK, OSL's Hong Kong licensed digital asset trading platform.

The fund aims for market-neutral returns from funding-rate spreads in crypto derivatives rather than from price direction. As of October 7, it had returned 16.67% since inception and 17.05% annualized over the trailing 30 days before deducting relevant fees. Investors can subscribe and redeem daily, and the fund updates net asset value daily. An optional T+0 express redemption feature is planned for later this month. In its custodian role, OSL holds several security certifications and has more than US$1 billion of digital asset insurance coverage in Hong Kong.

USDGO is tied 1:1 to the U.S. dollar and is fully backed by liquid reserves including cash and short-term U.S. Treasuries, and it is subject to third-party audits. Anchorage Digital Bank N.A., described as the first federally chartered crypto bank in the United States, issues USDGO, and OSL is its brand operator and distributor. OSL Group holds regulatory licenses in major markets and is Hong Kong's first listed and SFC-licensed digital asset company. 2WA describes itself as providing structuring and technology that links regulated assets held by licensed custodians and brokers to on-chain venues in public and private markets.
