What is at the show
MAXHUB is exhibiting education, corporate collaboration and commercial display systems at InfoComm América Latina 2026, which runs from 21 to 23 October at the World Trade Center in Mexico City. The exhibits are at Booth M612, where the company's Latin America team is running scheduled product demonstrations through the day, the company said.
Classroom products
The B5 Smart Blackboard uses Etched-AG glass for full-screen writing with a range of tools and can carry work written on its sideboards onto the main screen, so a lesson's board work can be kept and exported as a document. The F5 interactive flat panel uses a multi-camera, multi-focal imaging system with 5x optical zoom to capture students from the front row to the back, and records a lesson with one click.
MAXHUB frames the line against a UNESCO report presented in Latin America and the Caribbean in 2025, which attributed regional teacher shortages in part to excessive workloads, low salaries and a lack of recognition. The company said the B5 and F5 series are intended to simplify routine teaching tasks, ease teachers' workloads and improve classroom efficiency.
Meeting room line-up
The XBar W70 Kit, described as the industry's first Windows-based Teams Rooms videobar, carries a 200MP Quad Sight lens and an integrated FlexMount, and supports remote management and third-party device integration. The XBoard V7 is a Windows-based all-in-one interactive flat panel running MAXHUB OS, with one-click access to four mainstream meeting platforms. A separate Panel SP10 handles meeting room reservations and space management.
Displays, platform and local teams
MAXHUB's professional displays carry NDI certification, support wireless screen sharing and are built for 24/7 operation. The Pivot+ Cloud Management Platform combines content management and remote device control in a single platform the company describes as secure by design.
The company opened an Experience Center in Mexico City's Polanco district in April 2026, and its regional teams cover Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia and other Latin American markets, providing local technical support and channel services.
