October shipments set a record

FFR sold and shipped 351 robot devices in October, another monthly record, the company said in its weekly investor update. Cumulative sales and shipments since deliveries began at the end of February reached 1,168 units, passing 1,000 for the first time. The company said it continues to deliver at a positive unit gross margin.

Guidance held for the year

FFR said October's growth was in line with its expectations. It said it expects average monthly sales and shipments of more than 400 units in November and December, and repeated full-year guidance of approximately 2,000 devices sold and shipped by the acquired robotics business, measured on a standalone basis.

Listing and a New York office

The company said it has listed on the U.S. stock market and described itself as the first pure-play Four-Core Full-Stack AI humanoid and bionic robotics company. Founder and global CEO YT Jia said the report was his first since taking the CEO role at FFR. FFR also said its New York and Northeast regional operations with FFAI are running and have begun recruiting business partners, with a first phase covering New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, southwestern Connecticut and eastern Pennsylvania.

Investor day in Manhattan

FFR said its listing closing and first investor day were held in New York last week, and that CBS News and the New York Post covered the events on location. The company said the New York region will also begin hiring.
