First 500 handed over
China FAW held a ceremony at its Yancheng branch on October 28 to mark the start of global mass production of the JOYEE N01 and the first batch delivery of 2,000 overseas orders, the company said. At the event, FAW Bestune delivered the first 500 of those vehicles to customers in Africa.
Built on the XIAOMA
The N01 is an upgraded version of the BESTUNE XIAOMA, which the company says has drawn close to 300,000 users since it was launched in 2024.
Batteries and safety equipment
Every version of the N01 comes with CATL batteries and a maximum range of more than 300 km. The car has four doors, a high-strength steel body, dual front airbags and an electronic stability control system.
Overseas rollout in the fourth quarter
The model is scheduled to be introduced in overseas markets one after another during the fourth quarter of 2026.
