Envision Energy said two of its executives have been named to Recharge's 2026 Wind Power 40 Under 40 Global List. Huang Hu and Winston Xu are among the 40 honourees, the company said. With two people on the list, Envision said it is among the organisations with the highest representation this year, alongside Siemens Gamesa, Ørsted, Shanghai Electric Wind Power, RWE, DNV and the Global Wind Energy Council.
Huang is vice president of the wind turbine and equipment product platform at Envision. The company said his work has covered drivetrain engineering, system reliability and advanced turbine platforms, and that he has helped develop AI-enabled wind technologies and integrated wind-and-storage solutions.
Xu is general manager for Southeast Asia and Central Asia at Envision. According to the company, he has helped expand its wind business in emerging international markets, played a role in establishing and scaling its presence in Vietnam, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, and advanced opportunities in Sri Lanka, the Philippines and Azerbaijan.
The list brings together emerging leaders from turbine manufacturers, project developers, professional and certification services, industry organisations and emerging technology companies. Envision said the broader 2026 list also includes leaders from research and professional services firms and from companies working in areas such as AI, floating wind, advanced blades and energy digitalisation.
Envision said it continues to expand its global wind business and to advance turbine technologies intended for different wind conditions, grid requirements and customer needs. The company said it aims to deliver greater value to customers and partners and to support the continued growth of renewable energy.
