The investment
DigitalXForce, which sells a platform for trust, risk, security and compliance management, has received a strategic institutional investment from Arsenal Growth Equity, the company said. The money is intended for global expansion, enterprise adoption and product development. Jason Rottenberg, a general partner at Arsenal Growth Equity, said the firm was partnering with DigitalXForce as it enters its next phase of growth.
The growth figure and the rankings
DigitalXForce reported three-year growth of 514% and a second-place ranking in the 2026 Tech Titans Fast Tech Awards, which rank technology companies in North Texas. It said it was named a Leader in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Third-Party Risk Management Software 2026 Vendor Assessment (Doc #US53007725, September 2026), following a Leader position in the 2025 IDC MarketScape assessment of governance, risk and compliance software (Doc #US53615325, June 2025).
Where the money goes
The company said the investment will support expansion across North America, the Middle East, Europe and Asia-Pacific, and strengthen its enterprise sales, partner ecosystem and product engineering. It plans to spend more on its Enterprise TRiSCM platform, including automated GRC, continuous control assurance, third-party risk management, AI risk governance, enterprise security posture management and X-ROC risk operations. It also intends to deepen relationships with systems integrators, consulting firms, technology partners and regional distributors.
What the platform covers
DigitalXForce said the platform runs 15 integrated modules on a common data layer, with controls mapped to more than 50 compliance frameworks and support for more than 250 technology integrations. It named two in-house AI engines, AI JedAI and XForce GPT, which it said support evidence analysis, control testing, risk quantification, policy intelligence and remediation orchestration. The company was founded in North Texas in 2023 and said its hybrid deployment architecture is designed to address regional data residency and sovereignty requirements.
