What changed
Bybit has added personalisation and memory features to Bybit AI, the conversational layer inside its app. The assistant, which the company said launched in September, now assembles a profile of each user from their assets, positions, behaviour and risk profile, and draws on wealth, markets and trading across Bybit's products.
Three pillars
The company describes the update as resting on three parts. Under the first, personalised, the assistant reads actual account information — financial behaviour and risk profile alongside assets and positions — once permissions are granted and limits set, to produce tailored output. Under the second, connected, it draws on a user's holdings and activity across Markets, Trading, Earn, Card and other products rather than a single one. Under the third, remembered, users can share preferences that the assistant keeps in long-term memory so later conversations build on earlier ones.
Prompted entry points and limits
The release also introduces Featured, a set of entry points for specific tasks that carry predefined prompts — generating a wealth management plan from a user's assets and risk tolerance, for example — and return structured analysis with key data, insights and suggested next steps. Bybit AI works on main account operations, or users can run it in a dedicated Bybit AI sub-account. The company said outputs are informational only and are not investment advice, and that instructions in chats are carried out only after the customer authorises them. Bybit expects to issue further updates as it works toward AI-native financial services, with conversational intelligence positioned as core infrastructure, the company said.
