Bangkok – The alliance party in the Pheu Thai-led government vetoed a bill introduced by senior ruling party lawmakers Prayuth Siripanic Designed to prevent future military coups.

Prayut said he would reconsider the contents of the bill during public consultations.

However, this is not the first time he has been involved in controversial legislation.
